Thank you very much for showing interest in our website and for placing order with us. With due respect, we would like to inform you that at present, we are not supplying our products via Cash on Delivery (Except for Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad of Gujarat). For other cities, our products can be supplied only on receipt of advance payment. It is also important to note that no other E – commerce website is supplying live plants by Cash on Delivery.
Delivery charges will be waived off for customers of Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar, if they purchase more than Rs.700/- with us. This is our top priority to deliver you the best product at the lowest price in safest condition. In case of plants, actual image of plant may vary from the shown image of plant on website, due to change of weather and climatic conditions. In rare cases, if our stock of plants has suffered any damage due to any disease, pest attack or natural calamity, we retain the right to refuse any order unconditionally. The amount will be refunded to customer within 5 days. Our firm will not be liable for any loss of profit or emotional stress due to such cancellation.
All legal matters and claims are subject to the jurisdiction of Court at Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India, only.
- Delivery Schedule (For Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar Area only): within 4 working days.
- Delivery Schedule (For Rest of the areas): Within 4 working days, plants will be handed over to renowned courier company (Fedex, Delhivery, Ecom, Gati etc.) for onward dispatch to destined city of our respected customer. After this handing over, the courier company may take approximately following days (variable as per PINCODE of customer). Your order may be delivered prior to estimated date also.
- Gujarat – For rest of the districts of Gujarat within 2 working days. For rest of the Gujarat (rural areas) within 4 working days.

(c) For Rest of the Districts (Rural / Remote Area) – As per delivery speed offered by Speed Post of India Post. In rural areas, all the consignments are forwarded by Speed Post. Responsibility for safe delivery of items lies on speed post only. However, all kind of necessary help is provided to customer in tracking the consignment.
(d) We deliver plants ALL OVER INDIA except West Bengal and North Eastern States (Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Tripura, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Sikkim). Items (other than plants), can be delivered all over India and World as well.
Above shown estimated delivery time is subject to availability of the product and it does not include the booking day. Delivery may take more time due to bad weather, political disturbances or any other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will inform you. Please be updated with your e-mails and SMS regularly. Before festivals, you are advised to place your order at least 2 days in advance. It will help us to serve you with more assurance.
For perishable items like plants and flowers, we attempt delivery of your order only once (in case of cash on delivery- Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar area only) and twice (within 12 hours- In case of advance payment). If delivery is not completed due to any of the below mentioned reasons, you shall be charged for the order:
(a) Wrong shipping/delivery address or premises locked.
(b) Recipient not available.
(c) Recipient refusal to accept the delivery.
If the recipient is not available, he/she can intimate us to deliver the order to the gate /neighbour. In case of any dispute, proof of delivery will also be provided. The products will be delivered through Fedex, Delhivery or any other courier company and the delivery made by them are subject to the Terms and Conditions of such courier companies.
All the plant buyers are requested to give us feedback about condition of plants immediately after receiving consignment. After one day, no claims for replacement will be accepted for receipt of dead plant. The customer is to send photo of damaged plant via whats app or E-mail to us on the same day of receipt. Though, we take utmost care in ensuring customer satisfaction; but in case of any dispute, this will be the exclusive discretion of GIFTnPLANTS to accept or reject any claim for replacement of damaged plant. Decision to all legal matters and claims are subject to the jurisdiction of Court at Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India, only.
