Flower colours: Predominantly Red with white splashes make it unique.

Bloom time: starts with winter season and continues till end of spring. In colder areas, blooming may be in summer also.

 The plant loves cold climate. The plant needs to be kept in shady area, if temperature rises more than 30⁰ C. During summer, multicolour leaves may not be visible on plant, only green leaves will be produced. During winter season, this plant can be kept outdoor also. It can reach upto height of 6 feet. Pruning of this plant should be done during rainy season only.

Watering & Sunlight:     Sunlight availability of morning hours will also be an added advantage for its better growth. Watering of plants should be done only when the soil become fully dry.

Soil:   Drainage in pot is necessary by making sufficient holes in bottom. To make the ideal potting mix, 20 % drainage media (river sand/ Leca/ Perlite/ Pumice or rice husk- use any one of them) in potting mix should be available. In rest of the potting mix, we should mix Cocopeat (20 %), vermi – compost (20 %) and garden soil (40 %) in equal ratio. Use of Neem Cake (5-10%), will improve further quality of potting mix.
