This is grafted variety of Mogra and blooms round the year. Blooming is maximum during Summer and Rainy season. This plant is very popular for its fragrance all over India. Well maintained plant will definitely grow and bloom flowers for many years. Perfume industry uses its flowers to make natural perfume. The plant can survive hot weather also. We can prune this plant to make the plant dense.  It can attain maximum height of 5 feet.

Watering & Sunlight:     We should water, only when the soil becomes dry. Proper drainage by making sufficient holes in bottom of pot is must. Sunlight availability for maximum time is must for more blooming.

 Soil:     Its potting mix must be aerated well by use of drainage media upto 20 % (river sand, Leca, Pumice/Perlite or rice husk- Use any one of them). All these items help in aeration of roots also. We can mix upto 30% cocopeat, 20 % vermi compost, 20 % sterilised garden soil + 10% Neem Cake) in its potting mix. We may add liquid fertlizers every month.
